Summary:

We are seeking a skilled experienced access control technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems in commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing our clients' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure low voltage systems including CCTV, intrusion alarms, A/V, data cabling and/or access control.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams for installation purposes.

• Utilize hand tools and voltmeters effectively to complete tasks efficiently.

• Provide field service support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance system designs and implementations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an access control installer AND programmer.

• Strong understanding of low voltage electrical systems and components.

• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation accurately.

• Familiarity with computer networking concepts is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with a team.
