Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Account Executive role. The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of DTC brand clients by identifying opportunities across marketplaces, fulfillment, and operations to drive revenue and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new enterprise leads, conducting discovery calls, navigating complex, extended sales cycles, preparing proposals, and leading product demonstrations that showcase our platform. The role includes negotiating and closing 6- to 7-figure enterprise contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and growth planning. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to ensure smooth onboarding, optimize client outcomes, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within the logistics, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), e-commerce, or SaaS environments.
Proven track record of navigating complex, extended enterprise sales motions and successfully closing 6- to 7-figure deals.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiation, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in an enterprise market.
Ability to understand and explain technology solutions, including marketplaces, fulfillment, integrations, and analytics, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
Data-driven mindset with comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and analytics dashboards to track performance and inform sales strategy.
Highly organized and self-directed, with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Deep foundational knowledge of the 3PL space and supply chain operations is required. Knowledge of marketplace selling (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kohl's) and DTC brand dynamics is strongly preferred; experience with AI/ML-driven platforms is a plus.
