We are a global organization with a fast-growing portfolio spanning wholesale, direct-to-consumer (DTC), manufacturing, and logistics. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, oversee the month-end close process, strengthen internal controls, manage financial systems, and support scalable growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead monthly close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entry review

• Maintain accurate general ledger activity and ensure GAAP compliance

• Support inventory, costing, and logistics-related accounting (freight, duty, landed costs, warehousing)

• Prepare and review financial reports, schedules, and variance analysis

• Partner with operations, supply chain, and FP&A to ensure accurate reporting and strong process execution

• Support audit requests and maintain documentation for accounting policies and controls

• Coach and develop accounting team members

• Drive process improvements and automation

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and internal controls

• Experience in inventory-driven environments (wholesale, DTC, distribution, etc.) preferred

• ERP experience (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)

• Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge preferred

• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• CPA/CMA is a plus
