Asphalt Paving Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent to oversee and coordinate paving operations. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, supervising, and guiding the asphalt crew while ensuring efficient and safe paving processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for the asphalt crew.

• Supervise and direct asphalt laborers and equipment operators during paving activities.

• Train and develop crew members.

• Ensure compliance with safety practices and procedures.

• Monitor equipment maintenance and repairs.

• Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in asphalt paving operations and equipment operation.

• DOT, county, and municipal experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

• Valid Florida driver's license and ability to meet MVR requirements.

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
