The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of employees, inventory, sales operations, and overall branch activities. This role focuses on maintaining a professional store environment, growing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for working with customers. This position involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial customer conversations through closing, while supporting both business and individual customers through retail, field, office, and job-site interactions.

Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers

Prospect and build relationships through phone and email outreach

Assist with processing outbound orders and inbound shipments
Support equipment installations as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards
Conduct occasional customer visits to support business development and identify new sales opportunities
Assist with branch operations, inventory management, and team support

2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred

Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Willingness to occasionally assist warehouse operations
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Google Suite
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Work Location: In-person
Schedule: 40-50 hours per week
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
