  • Respond to contractor requests for information, review submittals, conduct site visits, and assist in resolving construction-related issues.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate issues and solutions to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support collaborative team development, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.

  • Assist with client relationship development, proposals, interviews, and business development activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.

  • Approximately 5-8 years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated responsibility for project delivery.

  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, fees, and deliverables.

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with related architectural design and documentation tools is beneficial.

  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain quality standards.

Preferred Experience

Experience with civic and municipal buildings, public safety facilities, higher education, K-12 schools, military installations, government facilities, parks and recreation, or other public-sector projects is a plus.
