We are a premier insurance coverage and litigation defense law firm, founded in 1992, seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our team in Houston, Texas.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in insurance defense or insurance coverage (required)

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full litigation docket from initial answer through jury verdict

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings

• Communicate effectively, timely, and professionally with clients

• Handle discovery processes, including drafting/responding and coordinating with clients

• Conduct legal research on insurance defense-related matters

• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and site inspections

• Actively participate in all aspects of litigation management
