We are seeking mid-level to senior attorneys with strong insurance defense and construction defect experience, including candidates with significant trial experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.

• Handle construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability cases.

• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal briefs.

• Take and defend depositions.

• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.

• Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements.

• Prepare matters for trial and, for the right candidate, take a meaningful role in trial.

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and claims professionals.

• Work closely with partners and support staff while independently managing your caseload.

What We're Looking For

• Active California Bar license in good standing.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.

• Demonstrated experience handling motions, discovery, depositions, and case strategy.

• Trial experience strongly preferred for senior-level candidates.

• Electronic billing experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
