Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:

  • Comprehensive examinations

  • Preventive care

  • Restorative dentistry

  • Crowns and bridges

  • Cosmetic procedures

  • Emergency dental care

  • Patient education

• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans

• Present treatment recommendations clearly, ethically, and compassionately

• Utilize advanced dental technology to support accurate diagnosis and predictable treatment outcomes

• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients

• Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative team members

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort, trust, and quality of care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• 3+ years of dental experience

• Active Ohio dental license or eligibility to obtain one

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
