Job Summary: About the OpportunityWe are seeking a full-time Audiologist to join a collaborative, multi-location healthcare practice in Hickory, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Audiologists and new graduates who are passionate about providing high-quality hearing care.The practice serves both adult and pediatric patients and offers a supportive clinical environment with opportunities to perform diagnostic testing, hearing aid services, and comprehensive audiological care.Pediatric audiology experience is not required, and candidates with primarily adult experience are welcome to apply.

Audiologist

Location: Hickory, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive audiological evaluations for adult and pediatric patients.

• Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations, including:

  • Air and bone conduction testing

  • Tympanometry

  • Speech testing

  • Acoustic reflex testing

  • Otoacoustic emissions (OAEs)

• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids.

• Provide hearing aid counseling, education, troubleshooting, and follow-up care.

• Communicate test results and treatment recommendations clearly with patients and families.

• Provide age-appropriate patient care and support.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.

• Participate in continued professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) preferred

• Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited program may be considered.

• Current or eligible North Carolina Audiology license

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
