Description:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with strong U.S. GAAP and financial statement audit experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial statement audit engagements.

• Review financial statements and audit workpapers for GAAP compliance.

• Supervise and mentor audit staff and manage engagement timelines.

• Evaluate internal controls and identify audit risks.

• Research and resolve complex accounting issues.

• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of audit/accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

• Experience managing audit engagements and teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
