Job Summary: We’re looking for compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a supportive team focused on high-quality, child-centered ABA care.Both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities are available.

Job Type: Fully Remote

Location: Rehobeth, AL / Georgia Border Area

Part-Time: $75-$85/hour

Full-Time: $90K-$100K/year

$1,000+ Sign-On Bonus

Location Requirement

• Candidates must live in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state border.

Part-Time BCBA

• $75-$85/hour

• Up to $90/hour for highly experienced candidates

• Typical caseload: 2-5 clients

• Afternoon availability around 3:00 PM-7:00 PM

• More flexibility with days and hours

• Fully remote

• Newly certified BCBAs may be considered

Full-Time BCBA

• $90,000-$100,000/year

• Salary depends on the amount of billable work the BCBA is willing to take on

• Typical caseload: 8-12 clients

• Most afternoons/early evenings Monday-Friday required

• Fully remote

Remote Work

The position can be fully remote.

Candidates who are able to provide occasional in-person services may receive mileage reimbursement.

For fully remote positions, candidates should have some experience with:

• Telehealth RBT supervision

• Parent/caregiver training via telehealth

Client Population

• Ages: 2-22

• Primary diagnosis: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Some clients may have anxiety or ODD as secondary diagnoses

What You'll Do

• Supervise RBTs through telehealth or in-person services

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans

• Provide caregiver/parent training

• Conduct FBAs and FAs when clinically appropriate

• Review data and monitor client progress

• Adjust programming based on clinical data

• Collaborate with families and the clinical team

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification

• Maintain BACB credentials and CEUs in good standing

• Clinical ABA experience with children and families

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with ABA data analysis and software

• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods is a plus
