Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Grain Valley, MO / Liberty, MO

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Setting: Pediatric Clinic | On-Site

Compensation: $85,000-$87,350/year Full-Time | $51/hour Part-Time

We are seeking a BCBA to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team serving children ages 2-7 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The program uses a play-based, child-centered ABA approach influenced by the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) rather than primarily traditional DTT.

Openings

Grain Valley: Full-Time BCBA

Liberty: Full-Time preferred; Part-Time also considered

Part-time: Up to approximately 25 billable hours/week

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations

• Develop and update treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

• Provide clinical oversight and supervise RBTs

• Conduct RBT competency assessments

• Provide parent/caregiver training

• Review data and modify programming

• Maintain clinical documentation

• Collaborate with OT, PT, Speech, and other team members

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher

• Current BCBA certification

• Active Missouri BCBA license

• Experience working with children with ASD

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in an on-site pediatric setting

• CPR certification or ability to obtain it

• Ability to pass required background screening
