Job Summary: <p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><p>We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing behavioral health team serving children and families throughout Virginia.</p><p>This position provides an excellent opportunity for a BCBA seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong support from an experienced clinical leadership team. The role is primarily focused on in-home ABA services, with potential opportunities for school-based services.</p><p>Part-time candidates are preferred, but full-time opportunities may be considered for the right candidate.</p>

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Richmond, VA
Job Type: Part-Time; Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Complete initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing clinical evaluations.

• Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention programs.

• Analyze clinical and behavioral data to evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

• Provide caregiver training and education to promote consistency and carryover of treatment strategies.

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other direct-care staff.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other members of the treatment team.

• Participate in case reviews, clinical consultations, and team meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.

• Provide services through a combination of in-person and telehealth modalities when clinically appropriate.

• Ensure all services comply with applicable BACB ethical standards, Virginia regulations, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification.

• Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to starting.

• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities.

• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and evidence-based intervention strategies.

• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing caregiver training and clinical supervision.

• Strong data analysis, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families and clinical team members.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations throughout the assigned service area.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly compensation is guaranteed, rather than being dependent on billable-hour productivity.

• Flexible part-time schedule of approximately 15-25 hours per week.

• Full-time opportunities may be considered for the right candidate.

• Schedule is based on candidate availability and client needs.
