Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Jacksonville, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Jacksonville, Florida

Setting: Primarily Clinic-Based; Hybrid Community & Clinic Opportunity Also Available

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

  • Supervise, train, and provide ongoing clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Oversee the delivery of ABA services across clinic, home, school, and community environments as applicable.

  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and make data-driven treatment modifications.

  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other members of the client's interdisciplinary care team.

  • Provide clinical guidance and ensure treatment programs are implemented with fidelity.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable ethical, clinical, and payer requirements.

  • Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration, consultation, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required.

  • Experience providing ABA services in a clinic, home, school, or community setting preferred but not required.

  • Strong clinical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with families, RBTs, and multidisciplinary professionals.

  • Experience with Medicaid and/or TRICARE credentialing is a strong plus.

  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $80,000+ annually, based on experience and billable-hour level.

  • Tiered compensation structure for BCBAs with 1+ year of certification and varying billable-hour levels.

  • $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months.

  • $1,500 CEU reimbursement, including eligible conference travel expenses.
