BCBA - Riverdale, GA / West Jacksonville, FL

Locations

  • Riverdale, GA - Starting at $95,000+, based on experience

  • West Jacksonville, FL - Starting at $80,000+, based on experience, with tiered compensation based on selected billable hours; higher billable commitments may qualify for higher base compensation

Position Details

  • Full-time or Part-time

  • Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility within business hours

  • Primarily in-person services

  • Services may be provided in childcare/daycare, home, clinic, and community settings

  • Limited telehealth, primarily for parent training and occasional supervision

  • Primarily serves children 18 months-5 years, with additional children up to age 12

  • Strong focus on early intervention and preschool-aged children

  • BCBA manages their schedule to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary travel

  • Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between client locations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments

  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Analyze clinical data and make data-driven treatment modifications

  • Provide ABA services in childcare, home, clinic, and community environments

  • Supervise and support RBTs, including observation, feedback, training, and competency development

  • Provide parent, caregiver, teacher, and staff training

  • Collaborate with families, childcare providers, teachers, and other members of the care team

  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and treatment planning

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Identify developmental and behavioral concerns and support early intervention

  • Manage caseloads and schedules effectively while maintaining quality of care

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Eligible for required state licensure

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred

  • Early-intervention experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with children ages 18 months-5 years preferred

  • Experience in childcare, preschool, school, home-based, or community-based ABA preferred

Location-Specific Requirements

Riverdale, GA

  • Must currently reside in Georgia

  • Must have an active Georgia LBA or GA licensure application in process

West Jacksonville, FL

  • Must have a current Florida Medicaid Provider Number

  • Must be comfortable working across daycare/childcare, home, and clinic settings

  • Approximately 25 billable hours/week within a 40-hour work week
