Job Summary: Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed Chiropractor (DC) to provide hands-on, evidence-based care for patients with musculoskeletal injuries and pain.This role is focused on soft-tissue treatment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and patient education. Unlike traditional chiropractic practices, the treatment model places little to no emphasis on spinal adjusting and instead focuses on helping patients achieve faster functional recovery.Both new graduates and experienced Chiropractors are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide hands-on manual and soft-tissue therapy.

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.

• Educate patients on injury management, movement, and recovery.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using an electronic health record.

• Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare referral partners.

• Collaborate with clinical and support team members to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree or currently completing a DC program.

• Active chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Genuine passion for patient care and rehabilitation.

• Strong palpation and hands-on clinical skills.

• Interest in soft-tissue treatment and active rehabilitation.

• Previous experience with techniques such as ART or myofascial release (MFR) is a plus but not required.

• 2+ years of chiropractic experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.

• Willingness to learn and follow a soft-tissue and rehabilitation-focused treatment approach.

Treatment Model

The practice focuses on:

Training & Mentorship

New hires receive five weeks of paid training, covering:

• Clinical examination and treatment processes

• Manual therapy techniques

• Patient communication

• Electronic health records

• Clinical workflows

Training includes lodging accommodations for candidates traveling from outside the training location.

After initial training, providers receive ongoing mentorship and clinical development throughout their first year, including support from clinical mentors, peer providers, and operational/business development teams.
