Clinic Director / Physical Therapist (PT)

Up to $130,000/year + Production Bonus + Sign-On/Relocation Assistance

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director / Physical Therapist (PT) to lead an outpatient physical therapy clinic in California. This role is ideal for a licensed PT who enjoys both patient care and clinic leadership.

The Clinic Director will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, maintain high clinical standards, and provide direct patient care in a collaborative outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations

• Supervise and support PTs, PTAs, aides, and front office staff

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatment

• Ensure excellent patient care and customer service

• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and patient satisfaction

• Maintain accurate documentation and billing

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with physicians and referral sources

• Support staff development and team growth

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist License required

• DPT or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

• Previous clinic leadership or management experience preferred

• Strong outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• CPR/BLS Certification required

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing clinic budgets and staffing

• OCS Certification preferred

• McKenzie training preferred

• Experience building physician/community referral relationships
