Job Summary: Provide clinical services to unaccompanied children and adolescents through individual/group counseling, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and care coordination.

Location: Moon Township, PA / Emsworth, PA

Pay Range: $54K-$60.08K/year

Job Type: Full-time | Exempt | On-site

Youth ages: 14-17

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments within 5 days of arrival

• Provide weekly individual & group counseling

• Provide family counseling as needed

• Develop and review Individual Service Plans

• Use TF-CBT, DBT & Family Systems

• Complete GAD-7 & PHQ-9 screenings

• Respond to clinical emergencies

• Coordinate with residential & school staff

• Support family reunification and discharge planning

• Complete clinical documentation

Schedule

• Typically 9 AM-5 PM

• Flexible schedules may be needed based on client needs.

• Evenings/weekends are not regularly required.

On-Call

• Approximately 1 week/month for 7 days.

• Most on-call issues are handled by phone.

Caseload

• Current shelter: 2-3 clients

• LTFC: 10-12 clients

• Maximum: 12 clients

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in a behavioral health field

• LSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC preferred

• Clinical license or eligibility required

• Fluent English + Spanish required

• Act 33, Act 34 & FBI clearances

• ORR approval required

Relocation

• Out-of-state candidates accepted.

• Position is 100% in person and candidate must be willing to relocate.

• Relocation assistance may be available case-by-case with program approval.

• No productivity incentives.
