CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator

Schedule: 4 days per week, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM

Overtime: Available as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC fiber laser cutting equipment and be comfortable working with a variety of metal materials and thicknesses.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently.

• Set up machines according to production requirements.

• Cut aluminum, steel, and stainless steel to specified dimensions.

• Work with material thicknesses ranging from approximately 0.018" to 0.75".

• Think critically and make sound decisions to resolve production challenges.

• Manage time effectively to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC laser machine operating experience preferred.

• Experience with fiber laser cutting equipment is a strong advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and production instructions.

• Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and metal fabrication.

• Ability to work the scheduled 4-day workweek and overtime as needed.

• Willingness to learn and follow established safety procedures.
