Key Responsibilities

• Receive and post customer payments.

• Monitor delinquent accounts using computer systems and collection tools.

• Contact customers by phone and mail regarding overdue balances.

• Review customer accounts and determine reasons for delinquent payments.

• Explain repayment options and negotiate payment arrangements.

• Encourage customers to resolve outstanding balances.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.

• Update customer information, including address and phone number changes.

• Establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situations.

• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate customers when necessary.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic mathematical skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
