We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Field Foreman to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that all aspects of the construction site operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of construction management software and safety regulations. As a Construction Field Foreman, you will coordinate daily operations, manage teams, interpret technical drawings, and ensure projects adhere to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Duties:
Oversee daily construction activities on-site, managing crews and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide work execution
Coordinate project schedules.
Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections
Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and progress reports using ProCore.
Supervise quality control processes to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards
Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement activities to optimize project efficiency
Lead team management efforts by supervising crew performance, providing training, managing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
Conduct construction site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure adherence to construction regulations and safety standards throughout all phases of the project
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial millwork construction management with a strong background in managing teams on-site
Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Strong understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawings interpretation, and construction drawing review
Demonstrated ability in project scheduling coordination and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with OSHA standards and federal safety regulations related to construction sites
Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and client interactions
Experience supervising crews in complex projects involving cabinet millwork.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures within construction projects
Valid management certification or relevant safety training credentials are highly desirable
