Dental Hygienist - Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: Philadelphia, PA & Midland, TX
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including routine cleanings and preventive care.

  • Perform periodontal assessments, periodontal maintenance, and Scaling & Root Planing (SRP) as appropriate.

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.

  • Review medical and dental histories and identify oral health concerns.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

  • Provide patient-centered care while building long-term relationships with patients.

  • Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning.

  • Maintain appropriate infection control and clinical safety standards.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive base pay

  • Monthly production incentive based on adjusted production, generally 27-30%.

  • Additional incentives may include:

    • 10% on qualifying product sales

    • $100 per Invisalign case

    • $25 per nightguard

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist License.

  • 2+ years of dental hygiene experience preferred.

  • Experience with periodontal maintenance and SRP preferred.

  • Strong clinical and patient communication skills.

  • Excellent understanding of preventive and periodontal dental care.
