Summary

The Terminal Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining the terminal by meeting goals in Operations, Sales, Service Quality, Safety, Gross Revenue, Profit, and Cost Control. Additionally, the role ensures the well-being of employees and drivers while protecting, preserving, and enhancing the company's reputation.

• Proficient in route planning software and other relevant technology.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
