We are seeking experienced Electrical Estimators to help our client grow! This role is responsible for the accurate and on-time completion of major Electrical and/or Low Voltage Technologies construction bids for projects in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Estimate a broad range of small, medium, and large $30 million+ construction projects for electrical and low voltage trades.

• Evaluate and estimate opportunities for prefabrication on each project.

• Ensure deadlines, bid specifications, and cost-plus pricing targets are met.

• Assemble all required bid package documentation.

• Serve as a liaison between internal and external bid stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Electrical or Low Voltage estimating, particularly in data centers, critical environments, and commercial spaces.

• Strong take-off and blueprint reading skills with proven experience estimating $1 million to $30 million+ projects.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with familiarity in electrical and technology terminology.

• Highly deadline- and detail-oriented; understands inclusions/exclusions, markup, margin, and various pricing methodologies.

• Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring qualities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trained in using Trimble Accubid Anywhere (Electrical).

• Experience using Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Project.

• Prior estimating experience.

Note: Less experienced Estimators are encouraged to apply and may be considered at a lower starting salary range.
