We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance and repair operations within a manufacturing facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of technicians responsible for repairs of electric motors, pumps and ventilation equipment. Must have experience with large vertical motor repairs and DC motor repairs as well.

Duties:

• Supervise daily operations of the electro-mechanical maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of repairs

• Lead troubleshooting efforts

• Quality Control reports

• Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical diagnostics, welding ( welding if applicable), high voltage work, and industrial maintenance procedures.

• Provide technical guidance on equipment troubleshooting, analysis skills development, and engineering troubleshooting to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with repairs of electric motors, pumps, DC motors

• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance
