Our Client is hiring an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership and help keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. This individual will serve as a key administrative partner, managing priorities, communication, logistics, and sensitive business information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and ensure leadership is prepared for daily priorities.
Coordinate communication among executives, internal teams, project personnel, vendors, and external contacts.
Arrange travel, manage itineraries, process expense reports, and support meeting and event logistics.
Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, meeting notes, contracts, correspondence, and confidential records.
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
3+ years of Executive Assistant, senior administrative, or comparable support experience, preferably supporting executive-level leadership.
Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including calendars, documents, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.
Must be able to meet applicable background-screening and pre-employment requirements.
