Job Summary: <p>Our client is seeking a skilled <strong>Fabrication Specialist </strong>to join a growing <strong>manufacturing</strong> team. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity, with a convenient Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.</p><p>Candidates with 1+ year of fabrication or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment including CNC lathes, plasma cutters, brake presses, and shears

• Perform bending, cutting, forming, and fabrication of metal components

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions

• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality

• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Meet production and quality standards while working efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred

• Hands-on experience with press brakes/benders is a strong plus

• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions

• Familiarity with CNC, plasma cutting, shearing, or similar fabrication equipment

• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
