Location: Northern New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $375,000-$400,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Compensation

An established and growing cardiology practice in Northern New Jersey is seeking a General Cardiologist or Interventional Cardiologist to join its collaborative physician team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Cardiologist seeking a long-term career with a well-established practice offering a combination of outpatient and inpatient cardiology, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive clinical environment.

Recent Cardiovascular Disease fellowship graduates and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates completing fellowship in Summer 2027 will also be considered.

Position Highlights

Clinical Responsibilities

Depending on specialty and experience, responsibilities may include:

• Providing comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care

• Evaluating and managing cardiovascular conditions

• Providing inpatient cardiology consultations and patient management

• Performing and interpreting appropriate cardiovascular diagnostic studies

• Participating in cardiac imaging services

• Collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers

• Providing interventional cardiology services for appropriately qualified candidates

• Participating in the physician call rotation

• Maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule - Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of Internal Medicine residency

• Completion of Cardiovascular Disease fellowship

• Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

• Ability to obtain and maintain New Jersey medical licensure

Preferred

• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease

• Recent Cardiovascular Disease fellowship training

• Echo board certification

• Nuclear cardiology board certification

• Interventional Cardiology fellowship/training for Interventional Cardiologist candidates
