Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher / Service Coordinator with real HVAC industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of air conditioning and heating systems, HVAC parts, and service operations. This position will coordinate HVAC technicians, schedule service calls, communicate with customers, and help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate HVAC service technicians.

• Schedule service calls and customer appointments.

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls.

• Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding jobs, repairs, and equipment.

• Order and purchase HVAC parts and supplies.

• Prepare invoices and assist with billing.

• Ensure service jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate and organized service records.

• Coordinate daily schedules and adjust appointments as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous HVAC industry experience is required.

• Must have worked as an HVAC technician or in an HVAC office with hands-on industry knowledge.

• Strong understanding of air conditioning, heating systems, and HVAC parts.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians regarding repairs and equipment.

• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.

• Strong customer service and phone communication skills.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple service calls and customer needs.
