A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Litigation Attorney to join its expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong immigration litigation experience who is looking for meaningful case responsibility, client interaction, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage immigration litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex immigration issues.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other litigation matters.

• Develop case strategies and collaborate with attorneys and support staff.

• Maintain direct communication with clients and provide ongoing legal guidance.

• Manage case deadlines and ensure matters progress efficiently.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.

• 3+ years of immigration litigation experience preferred.

• Prior experience with an immigration law firm strongly preferred.

• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

• Strong organizational and case management abilities.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.

• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• In-office position preferred in Sugar Land, TX.
