Inside Sales / Account Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Account Management professional to join our growing sales team. This is a fast-paced position focused on growing existing accounts, generating new business, and building long-term customer relationships.

We are an industry-leading metal deck distributor with 17 locations across 12 states, providing metal roof deck, form deck, composite floor deck, accessories, and project management to the construction and design industries nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Sell metal deck

• Handle inbound customer and prospect quote requests

• Develop and manage an assigned territory/account list

• Make outbound calls for new business development and customer retention

• Follow up on quotes and identify additional sales opportunities

• Coordinate orders, freight logistics & payment

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Involvement in industry associations

• Meet and exceed quotas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Sales or account management experience (preferred)

• Building materials & distribution experience a plus

• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills

• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn

• Blueprint reading experience is a plus

• Microsoft Office and CRM experience

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000-$80,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
