What You'll Do

• Inbound sales and customer service calls

• Prospect follow-ups via phone, text, and email

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and bundling

• Assist with policy and billing inquiries

• Conduct outbound account reviews and retention calls

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Keep accurate records and document activities

• Participate in daily huddles, coaching, call reviews, and ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

• Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email

• Confident sales approach with ability to close deals

• Customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong relationship-building abilities

• Organized with reliable follow-through
