We are looking for Interior designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You have a curious mind, thrive on ownership and accountability, and naturally build trust with clients and colleagues. You are equally comfortable reviewing construction drawings with a contractor, presenting a complete design concept to a client, and collaborating with coworkers.

  • Be involved on a variety of exciting projects, ranging in scale from small to large, and participate in all phases of design from conceptual work through construction administration - working and contributing to the design team through the lens of interiors.

  • Craft and deliver presentations, RFQ submittals, and marketing materials that captivate and impress.

  • Implement industry best practices, processes, and technological solutions to enhance our team's capabilities and effectiveness.

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and a desire to understand the intricacies of our business.

  • Demonstrated eagerness to develop existing skills and acquire new ones to contribute effectively to the team's success.

  • A positive outlook and attitude that is always searching for new and exciting solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 7+ years experience as a design professional preferably in an architectural office

  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Revit, and Office365. AutoCAD, Lumion and/or Enscape knowledge a plus.

  • Resume and Portfolio demonstrating Revit proficiency is required.

  • Strong technical expertise, outstanding communication skills, and the confidence to lead projects with minimal oversight.

  • Ability to develop, organize, interpret, and review interior design concepts, finish selections, construction drawings, consultant drawings, specifications, product documentation, shop drawings, RFQ/RFP submittals, and design packages.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
