We are seeking an Architect and a Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The selected candidate will play an integral role in all phases of project delivery, including Space Planning, Conceptual Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on commercial interiors projects, conceptual and schematic design, design development and construction documents.

• Strong knowledge of Building Code

• Strong knowledge of the design process and construction documents

• Maintain an understanding of current design trends and products.

• Develop plans, elevations and architectural details that illustrate the design intent and use of materials.

• Ability to work on multiple projects

• Work with consultants, furniture dealers, and product reps to meet overall project objectives

• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination

  Qualifications:

• Bachelors' Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• Minimum of 3 years of Corporate Design experience

• Proficient in design and detailing

• Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp and other modeling software programs

• Excellent graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas

• Good collaboration skills, organized and able to work in a team environment

• Certification or state license is a plus but not required
