Position Overview: The position would be an integral part of our Export Division. The primary function of the role is to lead the execution on our export shipments. Including conversing with oversea customers/importers on documentation requirements, working with ocean carriers on Bills of Lading, invoices and logistical issues, submitting AES/ITN, submitting and ensuring proper certification are obtained from USDA/APHIS with the country of destination, and coordinating with banks.

Duties

• Collaborate with traders and oversea customers on documents instructions

• Work with Loading Group to ensure all documentation is being handled for export shipments on schedule

• Submit shipping instructions to ocean carriers

• Monitor and track shipments

• Prepare export documents for oversea customers

• Reconciliation of ocean freight invoices
