Job Summary: Position OverviewWe are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physicians specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and/or Anesthesiology who have completed or are nearing completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship.The ideal candidate will have experience in interventional pain management, demonstrate proficiency in a broad range of image-guided procedures, and be committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care.The physician will also have the opportunity to develop and grow a clinical practice while contributing to the organization's continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions.

  • Perform comprehensive pain assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Develop multidisciplinary approaches to managing chronic pain.

  • Perform fluoroscopically guided cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral procedures.

  • Perform epidural injections and other spinal interventional procedures.

  • Perform medial branch blocks and radiofrequency neurotomy/ablation.

  • Perform discography when clinically indicated.

  • Evaluate and manage patients who may benefit from spinal cord stimulation.

  • Utilize ultrasound-guided techniques where appropriate.

  • Incorporate advanced interventional techniques to reduce dependence on pain medications.

  • Monitor treatment outcomes and modify treatment plans according to patient response.

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining high clinical standards.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical training.

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.

Training & Professional Development

A comprehensive training program is available to support physicians in developing and refining the skills required for effective chronic pain management.

Training may include:

  • Comprehensive pain assessment and diagnosis.

  • Development of individualized multidisciplinary treatment plans.

  • Fluoroscopically guided cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral procedures.

  • Epidural procedures.

  • Medial branch blocks and neurotomy.

  • Discography.

  • Spinal cord stimulation.

  • Radiofrequency ablation.

  • Other advanced interventional pain-management techniques.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship.

  • Previous experience in pain management.

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with pain.

  • Proficiency in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Management.

  • Active medical license or license in process for the applicable state.

  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.

  • Ability to respond calmly and appropriately to clinical emergencies.

  • Excellent communication and bedside manner.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistently high standards of clinical care.
