Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented ISO Coordinator / Administrator to support and coordinate the company's ISO and quality management activities. This role will be responsible for maintaining ISO documentation, coordinating audits, tracking corrective actions, and supporting ongoing compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous experience working with ISO standards, quality systems, documentation, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the company's ISO/Quality Management System documentation.

  • Maintain controlled documents, procedures, forms, records, and revisions.

  • Assist with preparation and coordination of internal and external ISO audits.

  • Track audit findings, corrective actions, and preventive actions through completion.

  • Maintain ISO-related records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Coordinate with operations, quality, engineering, and management regarding ISO requirements.

  • Assist with scheduling internal audits, management reviews, and quality meetings.

  • Monitor compliance with established procedures and documentation requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations related to ISO and quality activities.

  • Follow up with departments to ensure required documentation and corrective actions are completed on time.

  • Provide general administrative support to the quality/ISO function.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, quality, compliance, or ISO-related experience preferred.

  • Experience working with ISO 9001 or another ISO quality management standard strongly preferred.

  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and document-management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Experience coordinating audits, corrective actions, or quality documentation is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who is comfortable owning the coordination and documentation side of an ISO program. They do not necessarily need to be a technical quality engineer, but should understand ISO processes, documentation, audits, and compliance and be able to work effectively with the plant and quality teams.
