Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boerne, TX. The role involves working directly with clients to understand their insurance needs, explaining coverage options, and supporting them in selecting appropriate policies. Daily tasks may include preparing quotes, processing applications and renewals, managing policy changes, and maintaining accurate client records in agency systems. The position also requires responding to client inquiries, assisting with claims coordination, and collaborating with team members to ensure a high level of service and compliance with industry regulations. The individual in this role contributes to building strong client relationships and supporting the agency's commitment to reliable, community-focused insurance services.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide client-focused service, including active listening, clear communication, and professional follow-up.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling documentation, policy changes, and accurate record-keeping.

• Comfort with learning and using insurance agency management software and standard office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems).

• Capacity to understand and explain insurance products, coverage options, and basic regulatory requirements.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive client information.

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and adapt to changing client and business needs.

• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service is beneficial but not strictly required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty) are a plus, and licensing support may be available.
