Role: Landscape Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee multiple landscaping projects and field operations simultaneously. The role connects design, sales, and production while ensuring quality, scheduling, safety, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate multiple enhancement, hardscape, and installation crews.

• Procure and coordinate plant materials, aggregates, hardscape materials, and equipment.

• Read and execute landscape plans, grading layouts, and irrigation schematics.

• Source, coordinate, and oversee specialty subcontractors.

• Monitor job costs, labor hours, budgets, and project profitability.

• Coordinate with clients, property managers, sales teams, and crews on schedules, change orders, and handoffs.

• Enforce safety procedures, permits, environmental requirements, and local building codes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of landscape project management experience handling multiple concurrent projects.

• Excellent organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Strong knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants, irrigation, drainage, and hardscape construction.

• Experience leading field crews and maintaining team accountability.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

• Industry certification/licensing is a plus.
