Maintenance Manager - Corrugated Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with corrugated manufacturing experience to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, hands-on industrial maintenance experience, and proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team.

• Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities.

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and equipment repairs.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

• Partner with production to improve equipment reliability.

• Manage maintenance parts, tools, records, and outside vendors.

• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety procedures.

• Train and coach maintenance team members.

Qualifications

• Corrugated manufacturing experience required.

• Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.

• Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical and industrial electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Knowledge of corrugated production equipment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
