Mold Remediation Technician

We are seeking a Mold Remediation Technician to join our team responding to mold, water, and property damage jobs in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

What You'll Do

• Perform mold remediation at assigned residential and commercial jobs.

• Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, air scrubbers, and other remediation equipment.

• Clean, HEPA vacuum, treat, and detail affected areas as directed.

• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

• Communicate clearly with supervisors, office staff, and teammates.

• Follow safety procedures, uniform requirements, and company standards.

• Treat customers with respect, professionalism, and integrity.

Requirements

• NYS Mold License and/or IICRC AMRT certification preferred; training may be provided.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable performing physical labor in real-world environments, including heat, humidity, and tight spaces.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and remain on your feet for most of the workday.

• Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• No weekends required.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $30-$34/hour, based on experience and applicable summer hours.

• Total Earning Potential: $55,000-$75,000.

• Paid training and industry certifications.

• Clear path for advancement to Lead Technician and Project Manager.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities.

• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend work.
