Occupational Therapist - Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care Facility (Albuquerque, NM)

One of our clients is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities in Albuquerque, NM.

Experience & Qualifications

• Current Licensed Occupational Therapist

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., or M.S. in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA

• NBCOT certification (OTR) if required by state regulations

• Open to Occupational Therapists at all experience levels

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based practices to support effective clinical interventions

• Provide skilled, medically necessary occupational therapy services according to regulatory and clinical standards

• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to improve patient functional outcomes

• Provide education, consultation, and support to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel according to state requirements and professional standards
