About the Role

The Paint Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily painting and surface preparation operations. This hands-on leadership role ensures coating projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards in compliance with applicable specifications (NAVSEA, commercial, or project-specific).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all paint production activities

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

• Manage scheduling and timely completion of coating projects

• Oversee surface preparation and application processes

• Provide technical guidance and support to the team

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in industrial coatings

• Current paint inspector certification

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to lead a diverse workforce

• Proven leadership experience in production or coatings management

• Ability to maintain compliance with NAVSEA specifications and other industry standards
