Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide hands-on physical therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques.

• Incorporate manual therapy and therapeutic exercise into patient care as appropriate.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response.

• Educate patients and families regarding exercises, treatment plans, and strategies for managing their conditions.

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients and provide individualized care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.

• Stay current with developments and best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build strong rapport with patients and families.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
