Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on physical therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques.
Incorporate manual therapy and therapeutic exercise into patient care as appropriate.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response.
Educate patients and families regarding exercises, treatment plans, and strategies for managing their conditions.
Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients and provide individualized care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
Stay current with developments and best practices in physical therapy.
Qualifications
Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong rapport with patients and families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
