Location: Miller Park Way, Franklin and Green Bay, WI

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week | 36+ hours

An established dental practice is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join an existing practice with a strong patient base and excellent support.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist looking for exceptional earning potential, clinical autonomy, and comprehensive organizational support without the administrative burden of running an independent practice.

Compensation

• $400,000+ compensation guarantee

• $500,000+ earning potential

Schedule

• Full-time

• 4- or 5-day work week

• 36+ hours per week

• Consistent patient volume and established practice

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including:

• Pediatric dental examinations and diagnosis

• Treatment planning

• Preventive dental care

• Restorative dentistry

• Treatment of dental disease and decay

• Crowns and other restorations

• Extractions and appropriate oral surgical procedures

• Oral hygiene and dental health education

• Management of patients with behavioral needs

• Treatment of more complex pediatric dental cases

• Referral of cases outside your clinical scope when appropriate

You will also have the opportunity to develop and grow your practice according to your clinical interests and experience.

Established Practice & Patient Base

This is an existing, established pediatric dental practice, giving you the opportunity to step into a strong patient base rather than starting from scratch.

You'll have the autonomy to:

• Develop treatment plans

• Lead your clinical team

• Build relationships with patients and families

• Grow your patient base

• Expand your clinical services

• Focus on high-quality pediatric patient care

Strong Administrative & Clinical Support

Qualifications

Required

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency

• Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility to obtain one

• Strong commitment to quality patient care

• Excellent communication skills

• Positive and compassionate chairside manner
