Job Summary: <p>We are seeking an experienced Lead Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient pediatric therapy team.</p><p>The Lead Physical Therapist will provide high-quality clinical care to pediatric patients while serving as a clinical resource and mentor to other Physical Therapists. Lead Pediatric Physical Therapist

Location: Bothell, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic

Salary: Competitive compensation; salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to infants, children, and adolescents.

  • Treat patients with developmental delays, neurological conditions, orthopedic conditions, gait abnormalities, torticollis, cerebral palsy, hypotonia, genetic conditions, and other pediatric diagnoses.

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

  • Provide family education and develop appropriate home exercise programs.

  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for Physical Therapists and other therapy staff.

  • Support clinical best practices, quality of care, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

  • Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development of team members.

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other professionals.

  • Promote effective communication and teamwork across disciplines.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Help foster a positive, supportive, and family-centered therapy environment.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.

  • Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

  • 5+ years of pediatric physical therapy experience.

  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience working with pediatric populations.

  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to family-centered and evidence-based pediatric care.
