Role Description

This is a full time, hybrid role for a Personal and Commercial Lines Producer based in Gilbert, AZ.

The Producer will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring a high level of service across both personal and commercial lines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options

• Preparing and presenting insurance quotes

• Generating new business and expanding existing accounts

• Managing client relationships and providing ongoing support

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer relations, or account management

• Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products and services

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with insurance management systems and related tools

• State insurance producer license or willingness to obtain one

• Proven ability to meet targets and build a strong book of business

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Experience in an independent insurance agency is a plus
