About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Executive/Manager to join our Personal Lines Insurance team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing insurance accounts, supporting renewals, and identifying opportunities to provide additional coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Manage personal insurance accounts, including home, auto, and other coverage needs.

• Assist with insurance quotes, renewals, onboarding, and policy servicing.

• Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage and grow existing accounts.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

• Stay updated on insurance products, industry practices, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid insurance license.

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and computer proficiency.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree and relevant insurance industry designations.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with occasional local travel.
