Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Orthopedic

Location: Denver, CO

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, exercises, and manual therapy.

• Reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and recovery expectations.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

• Collaborate with other physical therapists, PTAs, and healthcare professionals.

• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

• Support quality and compliance initiatives, including Medicare requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a DPT or equivalent degree.

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Strong clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is beneficial but not required.
