Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, exercises, and manual therapy.
Reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and recovery expectations.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Collaborate with other physical therapists, PTAs, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
Support quality and compliance initiatives, including Medicare requirements.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a DPT or equivalent degree.
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Strong clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in outpatient orthopedics is beneficial but not required.
